Breakfast - weetabix semi skimmed milk
Lunch - meditteranean tomato soup with huge variety of veg, yoghurt
Dinner - Gammon and potatoes with veg
Snacks - apples, orange, banana

Drinks - 2 coffees, 1 tea, and lots of water and some with diluting juice.

soup( same as yday) topped with cheese

40g qunioa, 1/2 avacado, 1/4 cucumber, 25g goats cheese, 1tbsp olive oil.

Tomato and lentil soup topped with cheese

Kirsty W1D7

bad day, no real structure to food as I was at a friends and we just nibbled on stuff.
Chicken sandwich for dinner cos I was full from grazing.

Breakfast - porridge and semi skimmed milk

some strawberries and an apple for lunch

Dinner - spicy tomato pasta and Fantastica (amazing) at Dinos. tap water

So much for not drinking.....8 cosmos.

Claire W1D6

Breakfast-McDonalds porridge

Lunch- Homemade sweet and sour with 5 tbsp of cooked brown rice.

Dinner- Full tub of tescos vine roasted tomato and puy lentil soup topped with cheese.

Snacks- Banana, 23g of 70% dark choc.

Ended up having 4 slices of bread toasted made into sandwiches with ham then dairy milk.

Was tired and wrapping pressies for Amelia's birthday so needed an energy boost and it's all that was about.

Breakfast- 30g fruit and fibre, semi skinned milk

Lunch - 2 egg whites, 1 egg. Brussel sprouts brocolli, 3 slices of honey roast ham, fajita seasoning and 10g of cheese.

Dinner- 1/2 sweet potato filled with seasoned mince. Mixed ved.

Drinks- green tea and water

Lunch - tea time martinis at the Saint(2 finger sandwiches and 2 cakes) along with 2 teacups of strawberry cream tea martini
Dinner - little bit of pasta with tomato based sauce and veg
drinks - 2 coffees. drinking again! 4 cosmos

going for dinner and then to a party tonight but don't think I'll drink x

Lunch/Dinner - Macaroni Cheese
Drinks - Half can of coke, 2 coffees, 3 cosmos, 2 vodkas lime and tonic, 3 smirnoff ice (only thing I would have drank there!)

Claire W1D4

Breakfast- 30g fruit and fibre, semi-skimmed milk

Lunch- 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg omelette with spring onion and 10g cheese. Mixed roast med veg and broccoli on the side.

Dinner- 1 veggi burger, left over stirfry veg with quinoa and bulgerwheat from last night. Sweet chilli sauce.

Snacks- Tangerine. Bite of toast and butter, few bits of gammon steak when I was making special fried rice for Chris' lunch.

~Also had a shake after bootcamp.

Drinks- Water or green tea

Lunch - Carrot and corriander soup, low fat youghurt.
Dinner - chicken with boiled egg noodles and veg.
Snacks - baby plum tomatoes, banana, couple of Crunchie rocks.
Drinks - water, tea and coffee.

Lunch, Griddles chicken with stirfried veg and quinoa/bulgerwheat mix thing
Apple and grape snack pack

Dinner- 30g fruit and fibre semi skimmed milk, one slice of bread buttered with some ham(didn't eat till i got home from TT and was starving but couldn't be bothered cooking)

snacks- tangerine and I have a teeny tiny bit of Chris' hot dog with not roll. About a pinky nail size. had a bite of Amelia cheese and coleslaw sandwhich.

Drinks- water or green tea.

Liked the title of yours claire so I stole it!

Yesterday:
Breakfast - 2 weetabix and semi skimmed milk
grazed on strawberries throughout the day
Lunch - chicken sandwich on wholemeal bread with some salad leaves. Low fat yoghurt.
Dinner - steamed salmon and potatoes and veg

Snacks - banana (oddest shaped banana I've ever seen), bit of a scone
Drinks - 4 large waters, 3 black coffees and 2 teas with semi skimmed milk.

Breakfast - fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk
Lunch- lentil soup
Dinner- Salmon, mixed veg, brown rice and some teryaki sauce

Had a few mouth fulls of Chris and Amelia's dinner. Pasta with sausage and tomato and chilli sauce.

Had 2 tangerines.

Still feel a bit peckish so might have something later dunno

Lunch - 3 egg white omelette, mixed veg, med veg, cheese and salad dressing

Baked with Amelia, ate shit loads of icing and banana cake

Dinner- Half a chicken breast

Had a protein shake after dinner

Breakfast - Blueberries & strawberries and 2 scoops pf protein powder, all in a bowl n just ate with a spoon like a cereal

Lunch, 2 eggs, 2 whites, omlette, handfull of spinach

Another scoop of protein in water

Dinner, salmon & loads of spinach

Lunch - Tomato and lentil soup
Dinner - grilled chicken and pasta
Drinks - 4 small glasses of water, 2 teas (little bit of milk, no sugar) and a black coffee, glass of milk.
Snacks - handful of strawberries, 2 tangerines.
