Kirsty W2D4

Breakfast - weetabix semi skimmed milk
Lunch - meditteranean tomato soup with huge variety of veg, yoghurt
Dinner - Gammon and potatoes with veg
Snacks - apples, orange, banana

Drinks - 2 coffees, 1 tea, and lots of water and some with diluting juice.
