Breakfast 30g fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk
Lunch, Griddles chicken with stirfried veg and quinoa/bulgerwheat mix thing
Apple and grape snack pack
Dinner- 30g fruit and fibre semi skimmed milk, one slice of bread buttered with some ham(didn't eat till i got home from TT and was starving but couldn't be bothered cooking)
snacks- tangerine and I have a teeny tiny bit of Chris' hot dog with not roll. About a pinky nail size. had a bite of Amelia cheese and coleslaw sandwhich.
Drinks- water or green tea.
