Breakfast- 30g fruit and fibre, semi-skimmed milk
Lunch- 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg omelette with spring onion and 10g cheese. Mixed roast med veg and broccoli on the side.
Dinner- 1 veggi burger, left over stirfry veg with quinoa and bulgerwheat from last night. Sweet chilli sauce.
Snacks- Tangerine. Bite of toast and butter, few bits of gammon steak when I was making special fried rice for Chris' lunch.
~Also had a shake after bootcamp.
Drinks- Water or green tea
